Handyman Needed

1. Gig Description
- Seeking a handyman for repairs across ~8 rental units.
- Units vary in age, so there’s always something that needs fixing.
2. Requirements
- Experienced handyman (No "fly-by-night" contractors—I’ve hired too many.) Valid references are a plus.
- Experience with rental unit repairs/maintenance.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred. Must be able to read in their native language.
- Skills: Multi-skilled tradesman. Immediate needs: stucco repair, basic plumbing, window repair/replacement, bathroom repairs, drywall finishing, and painting. If you have a specialty, let me know.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must be a self-starter and work in a timely manner.
- Must be trustworthy and honest.
3. Location
- Units are in South/Southeast Los Angeles.
- Additional work available in Lakewood (1 house) and Pomona (2 units) if interested.
- Preferably someone within 30 minutes for the rare urgent call.
4. Compensation
- Pay per job, negotiated with property management.
- Payments via Zelle, check, or other electronic methods.
