Job Description:
I am a construction manager who assists owners of apartment projects and commercial projects with renovations and upgrades. I do not operate as the general contractor, that is someone else. Much of my work includes managing re-roofing projects, and so I need a roofer or roofing expert to assist me. My own background is as Architect and General Contractor.
